How NB-60 and PN9000GR Looks on Geobook
You should print this out for your own benefit if you want to see how the NB60 & the PN9000GR looks on the Geobook follow this tutorial:(but in order to do this you must have an E-drive, A flash memory card FC-4 or FC-10. (If you don't, it can't work and don't try it with the F drive or the A drive.)
Before you turn on the GeoBook NB-80C make sure the Memory Card and Program diskette #1 are in the Geobook
Now once you are in the Main Menu click on File Manager, once you are in, click on the A drive and once you are in the A drive go to the view menu and click on show hidden files and you will see a folder that says geoworks.
Click on it once so it gets shady then click on it with the drag button (the right mouse button) the drag button is the oval button under the glide pad. Drag it to the E drive and let the drag button go.
Then go to the E drive and if you see the folder that says geoworks double click it if you don't, go to the View menu and click on show hidden files and double click on the folder then you should see 5 other folders.
Double click on the one that says world. Then click on the that says web browser so it gets shady then click on the drag button and hold and drag the browser to the E drive then let go.
Then exit the file manager and re enter the file manager and go to the E drive. If you see the web browser that means it worked double click the web browser if the browser looks different that means it completely works!
To do the final test turn off the Geobook and wait 10 seconds before you turn it back on.
Once you turn the Geobook back on and see the main menu go to file manager and go to the E drive and if you still see the web browser double click on it and if the browser looks different again it worked!!! If you don't see it at all repeat all steps.
