Low Salt Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties Recipe

1 LB Ground Turkey

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds

1 teaspoon Sage

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon White Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Mace

1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/8 teaspoon All Spice

Combine all the spices in a small bowl.

Add the oil to the ground turkey and mix well.

Add the spices a little at a time to the ground turkey as you mix.

Mix well to evenly disperse the spices throughout the meat.

Form into patties, I form the meat into 10 patties but you be the judge as to how much per patty.

I fry them in a non stick pan with a little Olive Oil.

I freeze the remainder of the patties for easy use next time.
